Matt and Caitlin are experienced ministry leaders and gifted communicators who specialise in equipping families, parents, and next-generation leaders. With over 15 years of marriage and four beautiful children, their lives and ministry have been deeply rooted in serving the next generation. Drawing from their combined backgrounds in teaching, psychology, youth and community work, and pastoral leadership, they bring a unique blend of practical insight and powerful spiritual wisdom. As passionate preachers of the Word, they speak across kids, youth, family, and Sunday services—carrying a heart to see families flourish, leaders strengthened, and young people encounter Jesus in real and transformative ways.

They also deliver workshops and training on parenting, behaviour management, kids and youth leadership, team culture, and child-safe practices. Known for their engaging, down-to-earth style, Matt and Caitlin make complex topics simple, relatable, and easy to apply.

Caitlin & Rachel

Caitlin and Rachel have ministered side by side for many years, carrying a shared passion for seeing children encounter the bright, joyful wonder of Jesus. With strong foundations in education and years of hands-on experience in kids ministry, they bring a beautiful blend of teaching wisdom, creative energy, and spiritual discernment to every space they lead.

Together, they have pioneered and run countless children’s events designed to help kids hear God’s voice, grow in bold faith, and confidently shine the light of Jesus in their everyday world. Their heart is to raise young worshippers—children who know they are called, anointed, and empowered right now. To Caitlin and Rachel, there is truly no junior Holy Spirit, and they lead with the conviction that kids can experience God in deep and life-changing ways.

Overflowing with colour, fun, and a good dose of jelly, Caitlin and Rachel bring joy, creativity, and Holy Spirit-led ministry wherever they go. Their passion is to see children encounter Jesus, discover their God-given identity, and step boldly into all He has for them.
